สิ่งที่ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกอึดอัดกับการทำงานก็คือ สภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์กร ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการติดต่อกับลูกค้าที่บางครั้งถือได้ว่าเป็นปัญหาหลัก และการทำงานกับผู้อื่นที่ต่างคนต่างทำงาน คอยแก่งแย่งชิงดีกันเพื่อตำแหน่งที่สูงกว่า ส่วนคนที่มีตำแหน่งสูงกว่าก็ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ มักจะเข้ามาทำงานอาทิตย์ละครั้ง หรือไม่ก็เข้ามาแค่ช่วงที่มีประชุมสำคัญเท่านั้น สังคมการทำงานของบริษัทนี้ยังถือได้ว่าต้องมีการปรับปรุงอย่างมาก
