Job Description:
• As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with outbound telemarketing calls and focussed campaigns for Oracle Applications.
• Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales team
• Agility, flexibility and focus on following up demand generation campaigns to create Oracle Fusion Middleware pipeline to Oracle sales team
• Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Coordinate with the inside sales team and the field sales team.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Inside and Field sales team as their prospecting resource focused on uncovering new Oracle Applications opportunities in your territory. You would have the responsibility of demand generation in your assigned territory.
You would be prospecting over the phone, over the web or by email. Cold calling would be integral part of your job profile. You would be making calls into C-level & VP level executives.
Working closely with partners also trying them to do some demand generation for you. Follow up on leads sent to you by partners
Going and visiting prospects/customers if you are locally based as travels to other city/country has to be justified
You may be required to present & articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction & overall Oracle solutions.
