Dentro del acuerdo, Inditex dedicará un millón de euros para ayudar al acceso sanitario de los más de 100.000 refugiados sirios que se concentran en la provincia turca de Kilis. En concreto, la financiación se destinará a un centro de consultas médicas primarias y atención psicológica, al que ya aportó un millón de euros entre 2013 y 2014, y en el que trabaja un equipo especializado de más de 40 profesionales.


Además, Inditex sigue apoyando un año más la Unidad de Emergencias de Médicos Sin Fronteras a la que Inditex aporta 300.000 euros anuales. Este apoyo facilita, entre otras misiones, la coordinación de los equipos médicos enviados específicamente para atender las necesidades humanitarias de los refugiados sirios atrapados en los países fronterizos de la Unión Europea.
