20.1. กรณีผู้เอาประกันภัยเปลี่ยนรถยนต์ หากต้องการโอนส่วนลดประวัติดีจากกรมธรรม์เดิมมาใช้สำหรับรถยนต์คันใหม่ จะต้องยกเลิกกรมธรรม์ฉบับเดิมก่อน โดยกรมธรรม์ฉบับใหม่สามารถให้ส่วนลดประวัติดีได้ตามอัตราที่ได้ตามกรมธรรม์ฉบับเดิม
20.2. กรณีผู้เอาประกันภัยมีการทำประกันภัยรถยนต์กับบริษัทฯ อยู่แล้ว และต่อมาต้องการทำประกันภัยรถยนต์คันอื่นเพิ่มเติมกับบริษัทฯ สามารถให้ส่วนลดประวัติดีเท่ากับรถยนต์คันแรกได้ แต่สูงสุดไม่เกิน 30% ทั้งนี้ ชื่อผู้เอาประกันภัยจะต้องเป็นชื่อเดียวกันเท่านั้น สามี, ภรรยา หรือญาติพี่น้องอื่นๆ ไม่สามารถให้ส่วนลดประวัติดีได้
