1. Employee talk to line manager on their education plan to identify “How many additional leave day is required?”.
2. Manager consider additional leave day based on business/ manpower need.
3. If manager agree with the requested additional leave day which not exceed 48 days, manager propose to function director and Senior HR director for approval.
4. TA manual generate additional Personal Training/Education Leave based on the approval in no.3.
5. If the educational plan is more than 1 year, employee must request to add leave day on yearly basis.
