С целью определения уровня сформированности социальной компетентности обучающихся в высшей школе, автор данной статьи провел исследования среди студентов вузов Тюменского региона в возрасте 18-24 лет, применив разработанный авторский инструментарий. В рамках авторского исследования применялись методы самооценки (анкета), оценки «другого» -представителя «малой группы» (анкета) и оценка «эксперта» - «работодателя» (интервью). Среди вопросов интервью, с целью оценки социального развития «молодого профессионала», только что закончившего высшую школу, были включены следующие вопросы, например: «Устаивают ли Вас социальные, личностные качества молодых специалистов, закончивших вузы нашего региона»? (умение работать в команде, адекватно реагировать на критику, умение принимать решение, ответственность, творческий подход и т.д.); «Оцените уровень сформированных социальных компетентностей работающих выпускников вузов региона» (название компетенций и уровни оценки); «Назовите профессиональные, социальные и личные качества специалиста, которые Вы хотели бы видеть в своих сотрудниках и т.д.
Оценка уровня сформированности социальной компетентности личности складывается из показателей специализированного авторского опросника, который проходит студент самостоятельно и показателей опросника, заполняемого на данного студента одногруппником.
Авторское исследование выявило «средний», ближе к нижнему рангу, уровень сформированных социальных компетентностей студентов. Результаты исследования выявили недостаточную удовлетворенность экспертов (работодателей) уровнем профессиональной подготовки, социальными и личностными качествами молодых специалистов, закончивших вузы Тюменской области. Подавляющее большинство экспертов считают, что социально-политическая, экономическая и социально-коммуникативная компетентности сформированы у работающих выпускников в недостаточной степени. Поликультурная и инструментально-информационная компетентности сформированы в достаточной степени. Индивидуально- личностная компетентность сформирована «средне». Вместе с формированием профессионализма, эксперты акцентируют внимание на необходимости развития социальных, личностных качеств обучающихся - будущих выпускников вузов, включая образованность, культурность, трудолюбие, активность, творческое мышление и т.д.
