With a view to determining the level of social competence of students in high school, the author conducted a survey among students of Tyumen region aged 18-24 years, applying elaborated author's Toolkit. Within the framework of copyright applied research methods self-assessment (questionnaire), evaluation of the "other"-"small group" (questionnaire) and "expert"-"employer" (interview). Among the issues the interview to assess social development "young professional" only that which finished high school, the following questions were included, for example: "do you Agree social, personal qualities of young specialists, graduates of the universities in our region? (ability to work in a team, respond to the criticism, the ability to make a decision, responsibility, creativity, etc.); «Rate the level of social competences formed employed University graduates in the region "(the name of competencies and levels of evaluation); "What are the professional, social and personal skills specialist, that you would like to see in our employees, etc.Evaluation of the level of development of social competence of the individual is made up of specialized indicators of the author's questionnaire, which runs the student independently and indicators questionnaire, filled on this student odnogruppnikom. Author study revealed average, closer to the lower rank, level formed social competences of students. The results of the study revealed a insufficient satisfaction of experts (employers) level of training, social and personal qualities of young specialists, graduates of the universities of the Tyumen region. The vast majority of experts believe that the socio-political, economic and socio-communicative competence formed working graduates. Multicultural and instrumentally-information competence formed sufficiently. Individual personal competence formed "medium". Along with the formation of professionalism, experts focus attention on the need to develop social, personal qualities students-future graduates, including education, civility, hard work, activity, creative thinking, etc.
