The antioxidant effects of extracts of variousof wheat flour (WF), lupine flour (LF) and theirblends at different concentration (5,10 and 15 %)were measured by Ahmed (2014). It was observedscavenging activity of 3.31 and 20.62% in wheat andlupine flours, respectively. In other sudy, Babbaret al. (2011) concluded that all methanolic extractsshowed considerable difference in antioxidantactivity. Scavenging activity of 83% for kinnow seedand 77% for litchi seed and grape seed was observedin the extracts.
