13日にはお世話になりました。
故障していると思われた三菱PLC A1sx20を交換したところ機械不明停止は、無くなりました。
ダンサー信号も途切れなくないました。
タイ三菱では、廃番のCPU PLCの修理済み中古品の在庫が有ります（偽物ではないようです）
価格も６０００円位でスイッチの故障位なら何とか対応できそうです。
今のうちに予備を持とうと思っています。
