การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ดำเนินการโดยการนำเสนอแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนวิชาสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย

ตอนที่ 1 แจกแบบสอบถามให้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน
ตอนที่ 2 รวบรวมแบบสอบถามเพื่อตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย
ตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามไปวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS
