ما يمنح للعامل من أجور ومكافآت ومنح أو عمولات يعد من الأجر الفعلي الذي تحسب على أساسه مكافأة نهاية الخدمة, إلا إذا اتفق الطرفان على استثناء ما يجوز استثناؤه
