การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาทัศนคติที่มีต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานพิพิธภัณฑ์วังสวนผักกาด กรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาพฤติกรรมการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานพิพิธภัณฑ์วังสวนผักกาด โดยมีสมมติฐานคือ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ที่เป็นบวกต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานพิพิธภัณฑ์วังสวนผักกาด กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 130 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้คือแบบสอบถามซึ่งมี 2 ส่วนคือ 1.แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานพิพิธภัณฑ์วังสวนผักกาด กรุงเทพมหานคร 2.แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการกรุงเทพมหานคร และนำแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดมาวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences for Windows) วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติแบบบรรยาย คือ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และหาค่าความสัมพันธ์โดยค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
