จากการประเมินในหัวข้ออบรมต่างๆ ที่ได้อบรมไปแล้วเห็นว่าพนักงานมีความพึงพอใจที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีประโยชน์ต่อการทำงาน โดยผลการประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี แสดงให้เห็นแนวโน้มว่าพนักงานได้รับความรู้และทักษะในการทำงานที่ดีขึ้นและตรงวัตถุประสงค์ (ตามกราฟที่แนบมา)
ส่วนปัญหาสำคัญที่พบในการตอบแบบสอบถามการฝึกอบรม คือ การใช้เวลาทำงานเพื่อการฝึกอบรม ทำให้บางแผนกไม่สามารถส่งพนักงานเข้าร่วมได้
