มาตรการยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาสำหรับเงินได้เท่าที่ได้จ่ายเป็นค่าซื้อสินค้าหรือค่าบริการในระหว่างวันที่ 25 - 31 ธันวาคม 2558 จากผู้ประกอบกิจการจดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ตามจำนวนที่จ่ายจริง แต่ไม่เกิน 15,000 บาท
โดยให้ผู้มีเงินได้ต้องมีหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าหรือรับบริการ เป็นใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปแบบตาม ม.86/4 แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร แต่ไม่รวมถึงการซื้อสุรา เบียร์ื ไวน์ ยาสูบ น้ำมันและก๊าซสำหรับเติมยานพาหนะ รถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์ เรือ
