เนื่องจากสาขาได้ทำการสร้าง Count Book ขึ้นมาในเครื่อง HHD เพื่อทำการปรับ Adjust Stock ไปยังระบบ Storeline ณ วันที่จะทำการนับ Stock วันที่สอง
ซึ่งมีจำนวนทั้งหมด 2 Count Book ด้วยกัน
โดย Count Book แรกสร้างเวลา 15:31น. และ Approve เวลา 16:08น เป็นสินค้าในกลุ่ม Appliance,Electrical Acces เป็นจำนวนมูลค่าโดยรวม +25,836.45 บาท
Count Book ที่สอง สร้างเวลา 16:51น. และ Approve เวลา 17:47น. เป็นสินค้าในกลุ่ม DIY & Gardening,Leisure เป็นมูลค่าโดยรวม -3,029.90 บาท
โดยการกระทำดังกล่าวไม่ได้รับ อนุญาติจากเจ้าหน้าที่ Auditor ซึ่งพฤติกรรมดังกล่างเป็นสิ่งที่ผิดและอาจส่งผลให้ดังนี้
1.สาขาสามารถทำการปรับสินค้าที่สูญหายเข้ามาตาม SOH เข้าสู่ระบบก่อนได้ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ผิด
2.ยอด Adjust Stock ใน 10.39 ณ วันนับปัจจุบัน จะไม่ตรงกับจำนวนที่ถูกปรับ Adjust เข้าไปในระบบ Storeline ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหา SOH ไม่ตรงกันได้
จากการที่สอบถาม พนักงานสาขา และ SM กระทำการเอง โดยไม่แน่ใจว่ามีการสั่งการจาก SM ต่างสาขาด้วยหรือไม่ เนื่องจาก มาทำการช่วยนับสินค้าครั้งนี้ เป็นจำนวน 5 คนด้วยกัน
