Pancho is being tapped to assist with the Cuba project and in order for him to do that, he needs to be in a separate entity other than BTHR because it is headed by Abid, a U.S. Citizen, and the business limitation between Cuba and US requires that the project representative is not in any way to be connected to BTHR. Abid is not even supposed to be copied on any mails related to the project.
Abid was talking about the possibility of moving him under the LRH umbrella as soon as possible as he will be introduced as one of the key contacts for the Cuba project due to his ability to speak the language and seniority in the company.
As you may also know, Pancho is moving out of the company by end of March, but afterwards he is staying on in Phuket and will do ad-hoc or project work for us. There is no issue about sponsorship of his visa because I think he will be able to have a visa as parent of an enrolled child in Phuket, so no issue about a sponsoring company.
