INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT GROUP (SCHWEIZ) AG (“IMG SWITZERLAND”) hereby acknowledges that it exclusively assigned sponsorship rights relating to the Spengler Cup 2013 to INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT GROUP (RUSSIA) LLC (“IMG RUSSIA”), according to the agreement dated 04th September 2013 (“agreement”) between the above-mentioned companies.

Thus and according to the agreement, IMG RUSSIA is the exclusive owner of the assigned sponsorship rights and empowered to sell these rights in the territory of Russia.

国际管理集团（瑞士）Ag（“IMG的瑞士”）特此承认其独家赞助权的分配有关格勒杯2013国际管理集团（俄罗斯）有限公司（“IMG”俄罗斯），根据本协议日期第四九月2013（“协议”）上述公司之间。

从而根据协议，IMG俄罗斯是指定赞助权的唯一所有者和授权，在俄罗斯境内出售这些权利。
