ضمن برنامج الصحة المجتمعية فان المشروع المنفذ 2013-2016 يتوقع ان يكون له الاثر في تعزيز صمود واستجابة المجتمعات المحلية مع الكوارث البشرية/ الطبيعية. وله في هذا نتيجة عامة يبغي تحقيقها هي "قدرات وامكانيات جمعية الهلال الاحمر قادرة على المساهمة في تنمية المجتمعات المحلية وتعزيز صمودها". ولهذه النتيجة عدة مؤشرات للقياس هي:
