و استنادا لقانون تنظيم المدن و القرى أعلاه، فقد اصدر مجلس بلدية ناعور (اللجنة المحلية ) و اللجنة اللوائية المشتركة ثلاثة قرارات منشورة في الجريدة الرسمية بشأن فرض عوائد التنظيم و هذه القرارات كما يلي
