Μετά ταύτα και επειδη διαπιστώθηκε ότι υφίσταται απαρτία καθόσον παρίστανται στην παρούσα Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση Μέτοχοι που εκπροσωπούν το 100% του Μετοχικού Κεφαλαίου της εταιρείας, η Γενική Συνέλευση εισήλθε στο μοναδικό θέμα της ημερήσιας διάταξης αφού προηγούμενα αποφάσισε παμψηφεί και ομόφωνα ότι δεν γεννάται κανένα θέμα από την μη τήρηση διαδικασιών καθ΄ όσον στην παρούσα Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση παρίσταται το σύνολο (100%) των μετόχων και δεν υπάρχει καμία αντίρρηση, τουναντίον αποφασίζεται η λήψη όλων των αποφάσεων στα θέματα της ημερήσιας διάταξης.

After this and because it was found that there is a quorum as present at this annual general meeting shareholders representing 100% of the share capital of the company, the General Assembly entered the only item on the agenda after previous decided unanimously and unanimously that no debt no matter from the non-compliance procedures as in this purported Agm shall attend all (100%) of shareholders and there is no objection, instead decided to take all decisions on matters on the agenda.
