           พระบรมสารีริกธาตุพระศอกซ้ายของพระพุทธเจ้า

 

ประวัติ

    1.  ตามตำนานกล่าวว่าสร้างขึ้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 1879 - 1881

   2.   โดยขุนลัวะอ้ายก๊อม  ในสมัยพระมหาธรรมราชาธิราช (  ลิไท )  

   3.   ชื่อพระธาตุช่อแฮ

             -    บ้างว่าได้มาจากชื่อผ้าแพรชั้นดีซึ่งทอจากสิบสองปันนา

                  และชาวบ้านนำมาผูกบูชาพระธาตุ

             -    บ้างก็ว่ามาจากผ้าแพรที่ขุนลัวะอ้ายก๊อมนำมาถวาย

 

จุดเด่น

   -   เป็นเจดีย์ทรงแปดเหลี่ยม ย่อมุมไม้สิบสอง

   -   ศิลปะเชียงแสน

   -  สูง  33  เมตร

   -   ฐานสี่เหลี่ยมจตุรัสกว้าง  11 เมตร 

   -   สร้างด้วยอิฐโบกปูนหุ้มด้วยแผ่นทองเหลืองลงรักปิดทอง
