การจัดอบรมภายในบริษัทและการส่งพนักงานเข้าอบรมภายนอกบริษัทฯ ซึ่งผลจากการประเมินในหัวข้ออบรมต่างๆ ที่ได้อบรมไปแล้วเห็นว่าพนักงานได้ตอบรับความพึงพอใจที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมและประเมินว่าหัวข้อที่อบรมมีประโยชน์ต่อการทำงาน ซึ่งการวัดผลอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี แสดงให้เห็นว่าพนักงานมีความรู้และทักษะในการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้นในทิศทางที่ดีขึ้นและตรงวัตถุประสงค์มากขึ้น (ตามกราฟที่แนบมา)
ส่วนปัญหาสำคัญที่พบในการบริหารการฝึกอบรม คือ การใช้เวลาทำงานเพื่อการฝึกอบรม ทำให้บริษัทฯ ต้องสูญเสียทรัพยากร ส่งผลให้แผนกต่างๆ บางแผนกไม่สามารถส่งพนักงานเข้าร่วมได้
