Chủ đầu tư phải liên hệ UBND quận 2 để được phê duyệt điều chỉnh quy hoạch 1/500 của toàn dự án trên cơ sở cập nhật quy mô giai đoạn 1 được phê duyệt điều chỉnh tại Quyết định số 33/QĐ-SXD-TĐDA ngày 12/6/2014 của Sở Xây dựng và cân đối với chỉ tiêu quy hoạch kiến trúc toàn khu, trên nguyên tắc đảm bảo không làm tăng áp lực lên hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật của khu vực, không tăng tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng, diện tích cây xanh, không gian mở, công cộng, công trình hạ tầng kỹ thuật và hệ số sử dụng đất của toàn khu đã được phê duyệt tại Quyết định số 10878/QĐ-UBND ngày 10/12/2008 của UBND quận 2
