การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปรับตัวของธนาคารพาณิชย์ในยุค Fintech โดยศึกษาธนาคารพาณิชย์ 6 แห่งในประเทศไทย โดยเน้นไปที่ ธนาคารมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการดำเนินงานและการบริการของที่มุ่งเน้นการให้บริการธนาคารดิจิทัลอย่างไรและส่งผลกระทบต่อพนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์อย่างไร ซึ่งงานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการศึกษาภาคตัดขวางเพื่อศึกษาเปลี่ยนแปลงของการดำเนินงานและบริการของธนาคารที่และผลกระทบต่อพนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์
