وفقا الايميلات المرسلة اليكم والتي تفيد بضرورة ارسال ايميل من طرفكم عند الموافقة على اجازة أي سائق موضحا فيه بداية ونهاية فترة الاجازة واسم السائق البديل لكي نثبت ذلك في سجلاتنا لكن للاسف هذا لم يتم من طرفكم ، اليوم على سبيل المثال طلبنا من السائق رسول حكيم خان ان يباشر العمل ولكنه أفاد أنه في اجازة وعليه لن نقبل السائق البديل في مثل هذه الحالات وعليه الرجاء الالتزام بهذه الامور التنظيمية لتسهيل عملنا اليومي واداءه على أكمل وجه.
