เรื่อง แต่งตั้งคณะทำงานจัดทำระบบคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม

เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจว่าระบบบริหารคุณภาพมาตรฐาน ISO/TS 16949 : 2009 และ ISO 14001 : 2004
จะได้รับการจัดทำขึ้นในองค์กร และนโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัทฯ จะถูกนำไปปฏิบัติด้วยความเข้าใจของพนักงาน
ทั้งองค์กร บริษัทฯ จึงแต่งตั้งคณะทำงานจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อมดังนี้

(QMR/EMR) ให้สามารถดำเนินการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO/TS 16949 : 2009 และ ISO 14001 : 2004
ให้เกิดขึ้นในองค์กร และให้มั่นใจว่าระบบดังกล่าว ได้รับการปฏิบัติและดำรงไว้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

ประกาศฉบับนี้ ให้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2558 เป็นต้นไป
