Currently you are working on the BASF – THEP Project which has had several delays, mostly on Piping part. Due to late delivery of your work currently and in the past, the Client is struggling with the Contractor as he is waiting for our design input to start the works. The Client has complained for the late delivery of some parts of the documentation several times which can be proved by email communication. Our employees must delivery their work on time as our Client depends on on-time delivery of our drawings to meet their agreed construction milestones. Late delivery is also a fail in our contract and under penalties. This can damage our company image and direct affect to company reliability and the project results.
This is not the first time that we have had this issue with you for the commitment and on time delivery. You have been verbally warned before and it seems that this warning has not been effective. This letter serves to you as second warning. After receiving this warning, you performance & behavior will under management observation. If there no improvement in the coming weeks the company may issue you the third warning and follow by the termination of your employment contract.
