Nhà thầu phải đảm bảo rằng Bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng có giá trị và hiệu lực tới khi Nhà thầu đã thi công và hoàn thành xong công trình (ngày của Chứng chỉ bàn giao). Nếu các điều khoản của Bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng nêu rõ ngày hết hạn và Nhà thầu chưa được phép nhận Chứng chỉ bàn giao vào thời điểm 28 ngày trước ngày hết hạn, Nhà thầu phải gia hạn giá trị của Bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng cho tới khi công việc đã hoàn thành

The contractor must ensure that guarantee implementation of the contract value and effect until contractors have completed construction and finishing works (the day of the handover certificate). If the terms of the guarantee made the contract stating the expiration date and the contractor have not been allowed to receive the certificate delivered at the time 28 days before the date expires, the contractor must extend the value of the guarantee contract fulfillment until the job has finished

The Contractor shall ensure that the contract performance guarantee valid and effective until the contractor has completed construction and works (date of handover certificate). If the terms of the contract performance guarantee stated expiration date and the contractor is not allowed to accept a handover certificate within 28 days before the due date, the Contractor shall extend the value of the performance guarantee of contract until the work has been completed
