كان الإمتحان يتم في يوم واحد فقط لجميع المواد ) لغة عربية ودين، حساب ،لغة إنجليزية وعلوم وإجتماعيات وغيرها( وكان يبدأ من الساعة السابعة والنصف صباحآ حتى الساعة الواحدة والنصف بعد الظهر مع فترتي إستراحة بين بعض الإمتحانات. في سنوات لاحقة أصبحت الإمتحانات تعقد على مدى يومين، الى أن أصبحت تعقد في كل مدرسة إبتدائية على حدة.
