นโยบายด้านอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และ สิ่งแวดล้อม

บริษัท ไอเออาร์พี เอเชีย จำกัด (บริษัท) โดยผู้บริหารสูงสุดและพนักงานทุกระดับต่างตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ตลอดจนดูแลรักษาสภาวะสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งในสถานที่ทำงานและชุมชนโดยรอบ
บริษัทจึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ และความมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อความมั่นคงและยั่งยืน โดยบริษัทจะดำเนินนโยบาย เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว ดังนี้คือ

• จัดให้มีระบบการบริหารด้านอาชีวอนามัยความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดตามมาตรฐาน OHSAS 18001 : 2007 และ ISO 14001 : 2004
• มีการกำหนด ทบทวน วัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมาย ด้านอาชีวอนามัยความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• ทบทวนระบบการบริหารและการจัดการ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเพียงพอ เหมาะสม และมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีบทบัญญัติด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม หนังสือคู่มือและการฝึกอบรม เพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างปลอดภัย ถูกสุขลักษณะและรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม

• การเลือกผู้รับเหมาและบุคคลอื่น ที่ร่วมงานกับทางบริษัท ต้องมีมาตรฐานในระดับสูง และเหมาะสมในด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
• มีการสื่อสารเพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมืออย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกับ คู่ค้า ผู้รับเหมา และบุคคลอื่นที่ร่วมงานกับบริษัท เพื่อให้ตระหนักถึงความคาดหวังของบริษัท ในด้านความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
• ให้คำปรึกษากับพนักงานในเรื่องสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย สวัสดิการและสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีในการทำงาน
• ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีการปรับปรุง และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในทุกกิจกรรมการทำงาน เพื่อคงไว้ในมาตรฐานด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
ความสำเร็จตามนโยบายดังกล่าว ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากพนักงานทุกคน โดยพนักงานแต่ละคนจะต้องดูแลความปลอดภัย ทั้งของตนเองและผู้ร่วมงาน ตลอดจนมีหน้าที่ ที่จะต้องให้ความร่วมมือกับบริษัท เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์
