ตามที่ อเวนิว 61 ได้ให้ความไว้วางใจว่าจ้างบริษัท พลัส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด ในการบริหารจัดการอาคาร ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2558 – 31 ธันวาคม 2558 ซึ่งขณะนี้สัญญาใกล้จะสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว ในนามของบริษัทฯ ต้องขอขอบคุณท่านฯ ที่ให้ความไว้วางใจในการบริหารจัดการฯ มาโดยตลอด ทั้งนี้ ในการปรับอัตราเงินเดือนของพนักงานทุกตำแหน่งงานตามรอบของบริษัทฯ ขั้นต่ำจะอยู่ที่ 5% ดังนั้น บริษัทฯ จึงเรียนมาเพื่อขออนุมัติปรับในส่วนของอัตราเงินเดือนพนักงานเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิม 8,000 บาท หรือคิดเป็น 3.80% เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการปรับค่าจ้างและสวัสดิการประจำปีของบริษัทฯ รวมอัตราค่าบริหารและเงินเดือนเดิมอยู่ที่ 104000 บาท/เดือน ปรับเป็นอัตราใหม่ 11,2000 บาท/เดือน โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป รายละเอียดประกอบการพิจารณาดังนี้
