Членство в ВТО ограничит возможности государств в регулировании внешнеэкономической деятельности, в частности, связывание уровней импортных таможенных пошлин ограничивает маневренность и гибкость государственного регулирования таможенно-тарифных мер. Ухудшится экономическое положение большинства отраслей животноводства и растениеводства из-за низкой конкурентоспособности продукции, в основе которой лежит низкий уровень обеспеченности качественными факторами производства, а также слабое взаимодействие сельскохозяйственного производства с отраслями промышленности и сферами услуг.

WTO membership would restrict the ability of States to regulate foreign economic activities, in particular, linking levels of import customs duties limited the maneuverability and flexibility of State regulation of customs-tariff measures. To worsen the economic situation of most sectors of the livestock and crop production because of the low competitiveness of products, based on the low level of quality factors of production, as well as the weak interaction of agricultural production with industries and services.
