Adobe Captivate giúp đỡ người dùng trong việc tạo ra các giáo trình eLearning (giáo án trực tuyến) hỗ trợ học tập và giảng dạy với khả năng tương tác cao. Phần mềm này cung cấp các công cụ tạo giáo trình nhanh chóng bằng cơ sở dữ liệu có sẵn hoặc nhập khẩu các nội dung ngoài dễ dàng, đồng thời có thể chèn thêm các tập tin Media vào các giáo án.


Adobe Captivate là phần mềm biên soạn giáo trình giảng dạy trực tuyến eLearning chuyên nghiệp và hoàn hảo với rất nhiều tính năng hữu ích mà các giáo viên có thể truy cập và sử dụng. Phần mềm này tích hợp cơ sở dữ liệu phong phú với hệ thống kiến thức đa dạng, các công cụ giúp tạo giáo án, font chữ, ký hiệu hỗ trợ đầy đủ. Người dùng cũng có thể nhập các nội dung Microsoft PowerPoint có sẵn để đưa vào giáo án và tạo nên những bài giảng của riêng mình.

Adobe Captivate cho phép chèn các tập tin hình ảnh, Audio và Video ở nhiều định dạng khác nhau vào giáo án, bổ sung các mô phỏng ứng dụng, các hình phân nhánh và câu đố vào giáo trình để tăng thêm phần thú vị. Các tập tin có thể được dễ dàng xuất sang hệ thống tiêu chuẩn SCORM và AICC – hệ thống quản lý bài học phổ biến hiện nay.

Adobe Captivate còn hỗ trợ quay lại hoạt động màn hình để tạo các hướng dẫn bổ sung cho bài học, hỉnh sửa trực tiếp file Powerpoint và tạo ra các câu hỏi trắc nghiệm. Đây là ứng dụng rất cần thiết cho các giáo viên và học sinh ở nhiều cấp học nhằm chuyên nghiệp hóa hoạt động giảng dạy và học tập.

This software provides the tools to create quick syllabus by the available database or importing external content easily, and can insert Media files into the lesson plans.Adobe Captivate is the software compiled online curriculum eLearning professional and perfect with lots of useful features that teachers can access and use. This software integrates a database rich with diverse knowledge systems, these tools help create lesson plans, font, symbols fully supported. Users can also import Microsoft PowerPoint content available for inclusion in the curriculum and create their own lectures.Adobe Captivate allows inserting the image files, Audio and Video in various formats into lesson plans, additional application simulations, branching shapes and puzzles on the syllabus in order to further increase the fun part. The files can be easily exported to SCORM and AICC standards system-lesson management system currently popular.Adobe Captivate also supports active screen back to create the additional instructions for the lesson, ordered and edited directly in Powerpoint file and create multiple choice questions. This is very necessary for the teachers and students at many levels to professionalization of teaching and learning activities.
