Tôi từng chia sẻ về ước mơ của mình trong một khóa học về Tâm lý “InsideMe- Tri thức cho tâm hồn”. Tôi nổ lực rất nhiều trong các hoạt động sinh viên để cố gắng thăng chức. Mục tiêu thăng chức của mình là chính là thay đổi những khuyết điểm mà tôi nhận ra được của tổ chức đó và hy vọng các thế hệ trẻ dưới tôi sẽ không vấp phải. Khi đối diện với các lãnh đạo, tôi thể hiện sự không phục và mong được thay đổi ngay và kết quả là tôi ra tổ chức. Các thế hệ trẻ có gặp khó khăn, họ đến nhờ hỗ trợ và tôi không đồng ý giúp với lý do: “Tôi không muốn kinh nghiệm của tôi trao cho các em để làm việc cho những người không xứng đáng”. Sau khóa học, tôi nhận ra rằng, động lực để cải thiện các khuyết điểm tổ chức không đến từ việc mình phải trở thành lãnh đạo. Tôi có thể vẫn hỗ trợ các em, dù các em làm việc cho ai, kinh nghiệm của mình các em nhận được và trải nghiệm, trưởng thành. Nhìn các bạn trẻ trở thành những lãnh đạo nhỏ, trưởng dự án điều hành tốt công việc của các em mới chính là động lực thực sự mà tôi cần để dành thời gian và sức trẻ đóng góp cho tổ chức.
