So, for the barcode, it is actually printed on the pickup instruction or the Delivery instruction.
When the driver go to the shipper to pickup the cargo, he will then use our mobile App through his smartphone,
in the mobile App, he can then scan the bar code on the document, and pickup details will then be automatically updated
in Hellogic, with the information just on time. The total process takes about 10 seconds and the App is completely FREE.
If there is a vendor, in particular those 4-5 that accounts for 70% of the shipments, who can try using our App, it would be a great help.
