General Assembly get through Resolution 1944th (2010), the appropriation of 853,827,400 dollars for the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti, serving as maintenance costs for the period from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011. As of 10 March 2011, the MINUSTAH special account for unpaid assessed contributions amounted to $ 247.5 million. Unpaid assessed contributions for all peacekeeping operations at that date amounted to $ 1.9263 billion.On the donors conference on 31 March 2010, the international community came together, pledged nearly $ 10 billion in support of Haiti, which the pledges US $ 5 billion in 2010 and 2011. For United States they will donate US$1.015 billion for the recovery and reconstruction of Haiti. The money will be used to support the Government of Haiti to strengthen agriculture, energy, health, security and governance plan. The relief amount will be used in all the medical and disaster relief services, to make up for poor local medical facilities in Haiti.
