Humility is characterized by modesty, an accurate assessment of your abilities, an ease in admitting your mistakes, and an ability to keep your accomplishments in perspective. People who have humility are not focused on themselves, even though they may be accomplishing great things. If you have the strength of humility, you are not motivated by extrinsic forces and do not need praise to stay focused on tasks and activities in your life. You appreciate what others do, and do not se yourself as any more special than anyone else.
