The factors affecting the academic stress according to Alvin (Sudarya, et al, 2009) there are internal factors namely mindset, personality and confidence. The student's way of thinking can affect stress, when the individual can control his mind will avoid the stress. Research conducted by Kholidah and Alsa (2012) which proved that training of positive thinking is quite effective for lowering stress. In addition, stress can also affect personality, introvert personality in general tend to be more prone to stress than ekkstrovert. The belief in the individual can also affect the stress on students. Confidence in themselves play an important role in interpreting situations around the individual. The judgment was believed to be students, can change the way berfikirnya towards a thing even in the long run can bring stress psychologically.
