• مقدمة :
جاءت فكرة مشروع شباب من أجل التغيير، كجزء من المشاريع المقترحة ضمن استراتيجية جمعية سوار للثقافة والفنون للاعوام (2017/2019) ، وذلك إيماناً بأن التقدم والتطور والتنمية الحقيقية تظل رهناً بما يجري غرسه في الأجيال الجديدة التي ستصنع المستقبل. “ويسعى المشروع لتنمية منظومة القيم لدى الشباب، من خلال توظيف الطاقات المتوفرة في المجتمع، في حقل الثقافة والفنون، ومن أجل تقديم الخبرة والمعرفة للآخرين”.
