Modified เป็นขั้นตอนที่ Developer ทำการแก้ไข ปรับปรุงงานที่ได้ทำไว้ ซึ่งในการแก้ไขนั้นจะมีการ Locked เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดการแก้ไขซ้ำซ้อนกัน กรณีที่มีคนเข้ามาแก้ไข มากกว่า1 คน ซึ่งหลังจาก Developer ทำการแก้ไข ปรับปรุเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะมีการ Unlocked เพื่อให้คนอื่นสามารถเข้ามาแก้ไขงานในส่วนนี้ได้
หลังจากมีการทำงานแต่ละส่วนเสร็จก็จะเอางานแต่ละส่วนมารวมกันและทำการ test เพื่อทดสอบ Program ว่าถูกต้องหรือไม่ เมื่อถูกต้องแล้วการแก้ไขงานก็จะเสร็จสมบูรณ์โดยจะมีการ update เป็น version ล่าสุด
