วัตถุประสงค์ของการปฏิบัติงานและโครงงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
1. เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการผลิตเม็ดสีพลาสติก
2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการลดระยะเวลาการล้างเครื่องฉีดในการผลิตเม็ดสีพลาสติก
3. เพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสบการณ์จากการปฏิบัติงานจริง
4. เพื่อนำความรู้และประสบการณที่ได้รับมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานจริงในอนาคต
ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับในการปฏิบัติงาน
1. มีความเข้าใจในชีวิตของการปฏิบัติงานจริง
2. ทำให้รู้จักการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับผู้อื่นรวมถึงการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น แม้ว่าจะไม่เคยมีการ่วมงานกันมาก่อนก็ตาม
3. ได้ฝึกความมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการวางตัวต่อพนักงานและผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่าน
4. ได้ฝึกความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และการตรงต่อเวลา
5. ได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการการผลิตเม็ดสีพลาสติก
6. ได้นำความรู้ที่เรียนมาไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน
7. ได้เห็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในกระบวนการผลิตในขั้นตอนต่างๆ
8. ได้รู้จักคิดและหาวิธีการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
