Người xuất, nhập cảnh không khai hoặc khai sai số ngoại tệ tiền mặt, đồng Việt Nam bằng tiền mặt, vàng mang theo vượt mức tương đương 5-30 triệu đồng sẽ bị phạt từ 1 đến 3 triệu đồng.
Theo báo Pháp luật TP Hồ Chí Minh, tại Nghị định 45/2016/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ, có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 1/8, người xuất, nhập cảnh không khai hoặc khai sai số ngoại tệ tiền mặt, đồng Việt Nam bằng tiền mặt, vàng mang theo vượt mức tương đương 5-30 triệu đồng sẽ bị phạt từ 1 đến 3 triệu đồng.
