Nếu Bên A thanh toán chậm theo quy

Nếu Bên A thanh toán chậm theo quy định tại điều 3, Bên A sẽ phải chịu lãi suất đối với số tiền nợ quá hạn theo mức 100% lãi suất cho vay thời hạn 1 tháng của Ngân hàng BIDV tại thời điểm chậm trả hiện hành.

If party A slow payment as defined in article 3, party A will be subject to the interest rate for amounts overdue at the rate 100% of the loan interest rate duration 1 months of BIDV Bank at the time of slow charged current.

If Party A late payment as stipulated in article 3, Party A will bear interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 100% loan interest rate of 1-month BIDV Bank at the time of the current late payment .
