4.2. พนักงานที่ได้รับหมายเรียก จะต้องยื่นใบลาตามแบบฟอร์มใบลาที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด เพื่อขออนุมัติการลาทันทีที่สามารถแจ้งได้ พร้อมแนบหลักฐานหมายเรียก(ฉบับจริง)ในการเข้ารับราชการ และเมื่อครบกำหนดแล้วให้กลับเข้าทำงานปกติ ภายใน 3 วัน
4.3. พนักงานที่ละเลย หรือไม่ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องในเรื่องหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการปฏิบัติของการลาเพื่อรับราชการทหาร (ข้อ 4.3.) บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าพนักงานผู้นั้นละทิ้งหน้าที่ และอาจจะถูกพิจารณาลงโทษทางวินัยต่อไป
