- Nếu trường hợp bất khả kháng xảy ra mà mọi nỗ lực của một bên hoặc các bên không đem lại kết quả và buộc phải chấm dứt công việc tại một thời điểm bất kỳ, một bên sẽ gửi thông báo việc chấm dứt Hợp đồng bằng văn bản cho bên kia và việc chấm dứt sẽ có hiệu lực 30 Ngày sau khi bên kia nhận được thông báo

If the force majeure occurs all the effort of a party or parties were forced to stop working at any one time, one side will announce the end of the contract, the side with the text and the end will take effect after 30 days of receipt of a notice
