พิจารณาให้เห็นข้อสรุป (conclusions) ว่ามีทางเลือกที่จะจัดการกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไรบ้าง ถ้าผลที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ดี จะทาอย่างไรได้บ้างเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงสิ่งที่ไม่ดีที่ได้เกิดขึ้น ถ้าเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นไปในทางที่ ดี ยังสามารถทาวิธีอื่นได้อีกหรือไม่เพื่อให้เกิดผลดีแบบเดียวกัน และมีวิธีใดอีกหรือไม่ที่สามารถทาได้เพื่อให้ ได้ผลดียิ่งไปกว่านี้
และท้ายสุด- พิจารณาว่ามีอะไรบ้างที่ต้องทา (action plan) ความรู้และทักษะอะไรที่ยังต้องพัฒนา และ จะแสวงหาความรู้และทักษะเหล่านั้นได้อย่างไร เพื่อให้มีความสามารถเพียงพอที่จะจัดการกับสถานการณ์แบบ เดียวกันนี้ได้เป็นอย่างดีในอนาคต
