Safety First
If at any time you feel that anyone in your family, including your daughter, is not safe, you can take her to ER or whatever your community has set up, for a psychiatric evaluation.
She is harming herself (per your statement about drawing blood) and it sounds like you could use a second opinion.
My son has been hospitalized several times, each time Safety was the turning point for the evaluation decision.
Your child's psychiatrist should always listen and hear your concerns. You know your child the best.
Sometimes keeping a notebook with dates/times meltdowns/antecedent and length of time, can be helpful to the clinician.
