Tôi muốn bàn với bạn về việc xếp lịch làm việc. Chúng ta có luật là phải đăng ký tối thiểu 6 ca/ 1 tuần. nhiều người chỉ đăng kí đúng 6 ca và không hỗ trợ thêm ca nào khác dù tôi có xếp họ làm đủ ca hay không. nhưng có nhiều người cố gắng đăng kí rất nhiều để hỗ trợ người khác và họ luôn có khả năng fill vào những ca trống vì vậy tôi muốn từ giờ khi xếp lịch làm tôi sẽ xếp cho những người đăng ký nhiều ca và có thể fill thêm ca trước, còn những người đăng ký vừa đủ hoặc ít ca sẽ xếp sau và khi họ cảm thấy mình làm ít thì sẽ chủ động làm thêm nhiều giờ hơn. Bởi vì nếu ưu tiên xếp cho họ đủ ca trước thì họ ỷ lại lúc nào cũng làm đủ ca và than phiền là bị bắt làm nhiều quá, trong khi những người khác họ muốn làm hay có khả năng fill thêm thì lại không được.
