Trong những trường hợp có lý do chính đáng, hai bên có thể thỏa thuận tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn. Khi đó, bên muốn chấm dứt/tạm ngưng phải thông báo cho bên kia chậm nhất là 30 ngày trước khi muốn chấm dứt hay tạm ngưng đồng thời cả hai bên hoàn tất thủ tục thanh toán cho bên còn lại (nếu có).
Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký, hàng năm hợp đồng sẽ được tự động gia hạn nếu không có yêu cầu chấm dứt hợp đồng của một trong hai bên.
Trường hợp tiếp tục gia hạn, hai Bên ký kết phụ lục Hợp đồng duy trì.
Mọi thay đổi liên quan đến nội dung Hợp đồng phải được thông báo bằng văn bản cho Bên còn lại trước ít nhất 05 (năm) ngày làm việc. Mọi chi phí phát sinh liên quan đến việc thay đổi Hợp đồng do nguyên nhân từ Bên nào thì Bên đó có nghĩa vụ thanh toán.
