โครงการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้เรื่อง เสริมความรู้เพื่อก้าวสู่อาเซียน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาเซียนให้กว้างขวาง และแพร่หลาย และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ adobe,illustrator, adobe flash และ window movie maker และโดยการประเมินคุณภาพของสื่อการเรียนรู้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานสื่อการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 30 คน
ผลการประเมินด้านคุณภาพการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้เรื่อง เสริมความรู้เพื่อก้าวสู่อาเซียน โดยรวมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่าคุณภาพงานอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยรวมของผู้ใช้งาน พบว่าความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
