В понедельник 16 сентября 2019 г. в Варшаве состоится торжест­венное открытие международной конференции, посвященной про­блеме международного сотрудничества и создания гармоничных и равноправных отношений между представителями всех стран и всех народов. В конференции примут участие представители 198 стран мира с пяти континентов. Общее число участников превысит 7 тысяч человек. Работа конференции будет продолжаться две недели. Регла­мент отличается особой жесткостью: на каждое выступление в одном из 6 пленарных заседаний отводится не более тридцати минут, а док­лад в одной из 45 секций не должен превышать 20 минут. Дополни­тельно от 10 до 15 минут отводится на обсуждения докладов и дис­куссию.

Официальным рабочим языком конференции объявлен английский, однако еще 3 языка: французский, испанский и русский - получат осо­бый статус. Для двенадцати секций один из этих трех языков будет яв­ляться рабочим. Для участников, не владеющих английским языком в достаточной мере, предусмотрен синхронный перевод. Двадцать высо­коквалифицированных специалистов будут постоянно работать с французским, испанским и русским языками. Перевод на остальные языки будет осуществляться переводчиками из соответствующих стран. Сейчас еще нельзя предсказать их точное число, однако ожида­ется прибытие не менее ста пятидесяти специалистов.

В свободное от научных заседаний время участникам конференции будет предложена богатая культурная программа: уже забронировано боле двух тысяч билетов в театры, на выставки, а также запланировано более 40 экскурсий по 15 польским городам. В помощь делегатам бу­дут выделены студенты из трех крупнейших университетов Польши -Варшавского, Краковского и Торунского. Более тысячи студентов уже выразили желание работать с участниками конференции, однако, как предполагается, всего будет задействовано только 650 студентов - 300 из Варшавского университета, 250 из Краковского и 100 студентов из Торуни. Мировая общественность с нетерпением ожидает эту заветную дату - 16 сентября 2019 г. Ждать осталось не так уж и долго - всего одиннадцать с половиной месяцев.
